    Introduction

     

    The HNA75(D) dual-hose high-viscosity peristaltic hose pump is custom-built for conveying high-viscosity liquids, thick paste materials, glue, paint, resin and oily viscous media in chemical, coating, new material and food industries. Featuring a seal-free and valve-free design, it delivers powerful self-priming capability with a vacuum degree of up to 97%, allows long-term dry running without damage, and supports a maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa. Only the high-elasticity and oil-resistant dedicated hose comes into contact with the medium to avoid medium deterioration and equipment corrosion. The dual-hose pressurized conveying design provides stronger discharge pressure, which can easily handle ultra-high viscosity media that are difficult for ordinary pumps to transport. The low-shear conveying structure keeps the original physical properties of viscous materials unchanged. It supports forward and reverse operation to easily clear pipeline blockages and empty residual viscous materials, while maintaining outstanding metering accuracy. With a rated flow of 30m³/h and a matched power of 15kW, the high-viscosity dual-hose pump operates steadily with a compact structure and easy maintenance. Multiple hose material options are available to adapt to oil resistance, corrosion resistance and different high-temperature viscous working conditions, making it an ideal professional choice for long-distance and high-pressure conveying of various high-viscosity materials.

    Working Principle

     

    A specially formulated rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and reliable strength is installed inside the pump body. A pair of pressure rollers rotate and squeeze along the hose. This rotational squeezing pushes the medium forward in one direction without backflow.

    After conveying the medium, the hose rebounds to its original shape by its own elasticity, creating a high vacuum inside the hose to draw new medium into the lumen. The incoming medium is then discharged by the subsequent squeezing of the pressure rollers. This cycle repeats continuously, enabling constant suction and discharge of the medium.

    01 The transmission device drives the rotor to rotate. Two pressure rollers mounted on the rotor and arranged at 180° to each other squeeze the hose. When the first pressure roller compresses the hose, a high vacuum is formed inside the hose, drawing the pumped medium into the hose cavity. The hose quickly returns to its original shape under its own elastic force.

    02 The pumped medium has entered the hose. The second roller compresses the hose and propels the medium forward all the way to the discharge outlet.

    03 At the outlet of the hose pump, one pressure roller is about to disengage from the hose, while the other roller mounted on the rotor and arranged at 180° has started squeezing the hose. This design prevents internal fluid leakage. The cycle repeats continuously, enabling uninterrupted suction and discharge of the medium.

Once blockage occurs, reverse rotation can realize pipeline self-cleaning without pump disassembly. Besides, only the hose is the wearing part of HNA75(D), which is easy and fast to replace, greatly reducing maintenance time and production line downtime.

    NR

    NR hoses are suitable for conveying highly abrasive media, such as clay sludge, lime milk and non-organic products. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    EPDM

    EPDM hoses are applicable to corrosive chemical liquids such as acids and solvents. Made of natural rubber with an internal EPDM lining layer, they withstand temperatures from -20°C to +100°C.

    CSM

    CSM features excellent resistance to strongly oxidizing substances, as well as concentrated acids and alkalis. It is suitable for media such as hydrogen peroxide (up to 60% concentration), cationic flocculants (polymers), and high-concentration sulfuric acid. Temperature range: -20°C to +85°C.

    CR

    CR boasts good resistance to oil, heat, ozone, acids, alkalis and chemical reagents. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    FKM

    FKM delivers superior chemical resistance against strong acids, strong alkalis and a wide range of chemicals, with good oil resistance. It is ideal for oil-contacted and high-temperature working environments. Temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.

    NBR

    NBR is suitable for oil resistance (non-mineral oil), grease, alkalis and detergents. Typical media include sludge containing hydrocarbon fractions and polyaluminum chloride. Applicable temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    F-NBR

    F-NBR has a food-grade smooth inner surface, suitable for direct food contact and various food processing applications including dairy products. It is applicable to fruits and fruit concentrates, yogurt, dairy products, yeast, sugar and food additives, and resists various cleaning chemicals. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    The hose is made of high-quality composite rubber with 2 to 6 plies of textile reinforcement. The outer layer is manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure reliable hose performance.
