The stainless steel AODD pump utilizes compressed air to drive dual flexible diaphragms, engineered for seal-less, leak-free transfer of corrosive, volatile, and viscous industrial media.
Operating Principle
Driven by a non-icing air distribution spool, compressed air acts alternately on the back of each liquid diaphragm. As one chamber discharges fluid under positive displacement, the opposing chamber simultaneously draws fluid in via check balls and seats, delivering a continuous, pulse-attenuated flow.
