This air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump utilizes compressed air directed alternately behind two symmetrical diaphragms to create reciprocal stroke action. Fluid is drawn into the liquid chamber through the lower check valve and forced out through the upper check valve. This pneumatic displacement eliminates rotating shafts and mechanical dynamic seals, preventing shear degradation and friction heat generation in pumped media.

    Working Principle
