Working Principle
A special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and reliable strength is installed inside the pump body. A pair of rollers rotate and squeeze the hose, forcing the medium to flow in one direction without backflow. After the medium is conveyed, the hose restores its original shape under its own elasticity, creating a high vacuum inside to effectively draw the medium into the lumen. The medium is then discharged from the hose under the subsequent squeezing of the rollers. This cycle repeats continuously, and the medium is constantly sucked in and discharged.

01 The transmission device drives the rotor to rotate, and two rollers installed on the rotor and distributed at 180° squeeze the hose. When the first roller squeezes the hose, a high vacuum is created inside the hose, drawing the pumped material into the lumen. The hose then quickly returns to its original shape under its own elasticity.

02 The pumped material has now entered the hose. The second roller will squeeze the hose and push the material forward until it reaches the outlet.

03 At the hose pump outlet, one roller is about to leave the hose, while the other roller installed on the rotor (distributed at 180°) has already begun to squeeze the hose, thus preventing internal fluid leakage. This cycle repeats continuously, and the material is continuously drawn in and discharged.
