    This pneumatic double diaphragm pump utilizes alternating compressed air pressure across dual diaphragms to transfer fluids efficiently. The center section houses a non-stalling, low-lube air distribution valve engineered to eliminate dead-center shifting failures.


    Working Principle: Compressed air enters the air valve, alternately pressurizing the back of diaphragm A and B. This forces fluid out of one chamber while suction draws fluid into the opposite chamber, regulated by four gravity-seated check balls.


    Core Advantages: Sealless design prevents shaft seal leaks; self-priming up to 20 feet dry; runs dry continuously without internal component damage; handles high-viscosity fluids and suspended solids up to 1/4 inch without mechanical shear.
