Gas Processing Magnetic Pump

 

The HMX221 magnetic pump for gas processing is specially developed for LNG transfer and natural gas process systems. Featuring a fully enclosed sealless magnetic coupling design, it effectively prevents leakage and volatilization of liquefied natural gas and light process fluids, fully complying with explosion-proof standards for gas production. Equipped with standard 25×25mm flange ports, it can be customized to DIN, JIS and ANSI piping standards and works with both 50Hz and 60Hz power supplies. Driven by a 0.75kW motor, it offers a rated flow of 100L/min, a head of 15.6m at 50Hz and 15.2m at 60Hz, perfectly suited for conveying low-specific-gravity liquefied gas.

Its wetted parts can be made of E-TFE, EPDM, VITON, SSIC and other low-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials to withstand cryogenic impact and material swelling caused by LNG. With a compact modular structure for easy installation, inspection and maintenance, this pump takes up little space and is widely applied in LNG filling stations, refinery condensate recovery, liquefied gas batching and process fluid transfer. It serves as an ideal replacement for conventional shaft-sealed pumps to realize reliable leak-free operation in gas industry.

The HMX221 leak-proof magnetic pump for gas industry features a mechanical-seal-free magnetic coupling structure, which completely eliminates leakage and volatilization of LNG and liquefied petroleum gas. It fundamentally eliminates fire hazards caused by accumulated gas vapor, complies with gas industry explosion-proof safety standards, and prevents process gas loss and safety accidents.

 

2. Low-temperature & Swell-resistant Materials for Gas Media

Wetted parts are available in special low-temperature-resistant materials such as E-TFE, VITON and SSIC to resist cryogenic corrosion of LNG and rubber swelling. It ensures stable delivery of low-specific-gravity liquefied gas, suitable for cryogenic media applications down to -40℃.

 

3. Dual-frequency Efficiency for Global Gas Projects

The 0.75kW motor of the HMX221 magnetic pump for LNG transfer supports both 50Hz and 60Hz power supplies, delivering stable performance with 15.6m head at 50Hz and 15.2m head at 60Hz. It adapts to different power environments at LNG filling stations and refineries, meeting small-to-medium gas process circulation needs with a single unit.

 

4. Standard Flange Connections for Gas Pipeline Systems

Supplied with standard 25×25mm flange ports, the HMX221 magnetic pump supports customization to DIN/JIS/ANSI international piping standards. It can directly connect to gas process pipelines and LNG filling equipment piping for quick installation without additional modification.
