The HNBT100S/HNBT300S/HNBT600S TFF peristaltic pump deliver a maximum flow rate of 3000mL/min and support dual pump head cascading for synchronous multi-channel fluid transmission. Adopting a washable and sterilizable 304 stainless steel housing, the equipment features cleanliness, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, stable operation and a long service life. Integrated with three control modes including manual adjustment, analog control and communication control, it is equipped with timed and quantitative liquid dispensing as well as two-way external control signal interaction functions, ensuring flexible operation and wide applicability.

 

Featuring low pulsation and low shear performance, this series of peristaltic pumps is specially designed for TFF ultrafiltration membrane separation processes. It provides stable and continuous liquid supply for ultrafiltration systems, completely preserves the molecular structure and biological activity of materials, and ensures efficient and stable operation of membrane separation. It is also applicable to industrial and laboratory scenarios such as liquid feeding and draining for synthetic reactions, powder coating and granulation, liposuction, and multi-channel fluid transfer.

Equipped with the LF-LCD-OS high-definition dot-matrix LCD system, the HNBT100S enables easy parameter setup and clear real-time operation display. Fitted with durable industrial membrane keys, it integrates start/stop, speed adjustment, forward/reverse rotation, full-speed operation, power-off memory and keypad lock to avoid misoperation. Users can set runtime, interval and cycle counts; the slow-stop anti-drip function ensures accurate timed quantitative dispensing and flow testing. Remote control of start-stop, speed regulation and timed tasks is available via the APP, with optional monitoring alerts for equipment halt and tubing wear.

 

2. High-Performance Drive & Modular Pump Head Compatibility:

Driven by a high-torque stepping servo motor, the TFF peristaltic pump features wide adjustable speed range and precise rotation to deliver stable, high-accuracy fluid transfer. Thanks to the LF-EasyChange universal modular design with ample torque output and outstanding expandability, multiple high-performance pump heads can be freely installed to satisfy varying flow requirements across diverse working conditions.

The 304 stainless steel housing resists organic solvent corrosion and allows convenient wipe cleaning.
