Advantages and Features
1. The HP05 small plastic diaphragm pump features a 1/4" (6mm) port size. It is compact in overall size, occupies little installation space, and is flexible and lightweight. With no mechanical seals or packing inside the pump, it delivers superior sealing performance and achieves zero leakage.
2. The HP05 PTFE pneumatic diaphragm pump boasts powerful self-priming capacity. It is available with various wetted part materials, capable of conveying media containing solid particles (≤1mm), high-viscosity fluids (up to approximately 11,000cP), abrasive fluids and shear-sensitive fluids, covering a wide range of working conditions.
3. Driven by compressed air, the HP05 diaphragm pump produces no electric sparks and comes with inherent explosion-proof performance. Equipped with an external air valve, it allows easy maintenance without disassembling the entire pump unit.
Complete System Installation Schematic
1. Air Source Treatment Unit
Filter Regulator ②: Filters impurities and moisture in compressed air first, then regulates and stabilizes the air pressure supplied to the pump.
Dryer ③: Further removes moisture from compressed air to prevent water vapor from entering the pump chamber and causing internal component corrosion and icing.
Lubricator ④: Atomizes lubricating oil and mixes it into compressed air to lubricate moving parts such as pneumatic valves and diaphragms of the pump and reduce wear.
Supporting components: Air Inlet, Check Valve, Shut-Off Valve.
2. Pump Body and Exhaust System
Pump Body: The core pneumatic diaphragm pump, which drives the diaphragm to move back and forth via compressed air to realize fluid suction and discharge.
Muffler: Installed at the pump exhaust port to reduce exhaust noise.
Piped Exhaust: Discharges waste gas to a safe area to avoid workshop environmental pollution.
Flexible Connection: A flexible connection between the pump and the air source treatment unit to buffer vibration and reduce stress transmission.
3. Fluid Suction Pipeline (Left Side of the Figure)
Suction: The starting point for fluid entering the system, connected to upstream liquid storage tanks or pipelines.
Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid suction for convenient pump maintenance.
Compound Gauge: Monitors suction-side pressure to identify issues such as insufficient suction lift and pipeline blockage.
Flexible Connector: Absorbs pump vibration and prevents stress damage caused by rigid pipeline connection.
Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the suction pipeline for maintenance or pipeline emptying.
Pipe Connection: Multiple connection types are optional to adapt to on-site pipeline conditions.
4. Fluid Discharge Pipeline (Right Side of the Figure)
Flexible Connector: Buffers pump vibration to protect pipelines and equipment.
Pipe Connection: Consistent with the suction end, adaptable to on-site pipelines.
Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the discharge pipeline for maintenance and emptying.
Surge Suppressor ①: Stabilizes the pulsating discharge pressure of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and protects pipelines and downstream equipment, serving as a key accessory on the discharge side.
Pressure Gauge: Monitors discharge-side pressure to judge the operating status of the pump.
Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid discharge to facilitate maintenance of the pump and downstream equipment.
Discharge: The terminal outlet of the system, connected to downstream pipelines and equipment.
Unregulated Air Supply to Surge Suppressor: Directly supplies unregulated compressed air to the surge suppressor, utilizing the compressibility of gas to absorb fluid pulsation.

Applications
● Fine Chemical Industry
Viscous fluids are prone to structural damage caused by shear force during transfer, while high requirements are placed on equipment tightness and material compatibility, as well as precise dosing and proportioning in production. The HP05 PTFE pneumatic diaphragm pump operates with low pulsation without altering chemical properties of materials. It features excellent sealing with zero leakage, great versatility for high-viscosity fluids, and precise flow adjustment to fully meet production demands.
● Petrochemical Industry
Work sites are high-risk explosion-proof areas where most media are flammable, explosive, corrosive and mixed with solid residues. The HP05 small plastic diaphragm pump is purely air-driven with no electric sparks, delivering reliable explosion-proof performance. Its acid and alkali resistant construction suits various petrochemical fluids. The seal-free design without wearing friction parts effectively prevents liquid leakage.
● Electronics & Semiconductor Industry
This industry sets strict standards for pump cleanliness and operational stability. The HP05 small plastic diaphragm pump ensures steady liquid supply with ultra-low pulsation and stable flow & pressure, guaranteeing smooth operation of precision processes. Made of acid and alkali resistant materials, it is suitable for conveying various chemical reagents. It is also easy to clean and maintain, perfectly complying with dust-free production requirements.
FAQ
Q: Worried that materials may be damaged by shear force during transmission, seals prone to leakage, and dosing accuracy hard to control.
A: The HP05 PTFE pneumatic diaphragm pump runs stably with low pulsation, preserving material chemical properties and achieving zero leakage. We can customize control systems per actual working conditions to realize precise proportioning.
