Advantages and Features
1. The HP25 pneumatic diaphragm pump for wastewater features a pump body made of high-quality non-metallic materials such as PP and PVDF, together with PTFE corrosion-resistant wetted parts. It can convey wastewater containing acids, alkalis and organic solvents for a long time without aging or cracking, thus extending the service life. Driven purely by compressed air, it produces no electric sparks and is suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
2. Designed with a gentle low-shear structure, the HP25 diaphragm pump for resin pumping systems will not alter the chemical properties of sensitive media like resin and slurry. It maintains the viscosity and purity of materials to guarantee product quality. It supports stepless adjustment of air intake pressure. Flow rate and pressure can be flexibly regulated according to material viscosity and process requirements, meeting the demands of flexible production for various materials.
3. Adopting a seal-free structure, the HP25 pneumatic diaphragm pump delivers excellent self-priming performance, ideal for intermittent production lines with unstable liquid levels. It allows prolonged dry running without damage or jamming. The pump features flexible installation and wide versatility.
Complete System Installation Schematic
1. Air Source Treatment Unit
Filter Regulator ②: Filters impurities and moisture in compressed air first, then regulates and stabilizes the air pressure supplied to the pump.
Dryer ③: Further removes moisture from compressed air to prevent water vapor from entering the pump chamber and causing internal component corrosion and icing.
Lubricator ④: Atomizes lubricating oil and mixes it into compressed air to lubricate moving parts such as pneumatic valves and diaphragms of the pump and reduce wear.
Supporting components: Air Inlet, Check Valve, Shut-Off Valve.
2. Pump Body and Exhaust System
Pump Body: The core pneumatic diaphragm pump, which drives the diaphragm to move back and forth via compressed air to realize fluid suction and discharge.
Muffler: Installed at the pump exhaust port to reduce exhaust noise.
Piped Exhaust: Discharges waste gas to a safe area to avoid workshop environmental pollution.
Flexible Connection: A flexible connection between the pump and the air source treatment unit to buffer vibration and reduce stress transmission.
3. Fluid Suction Pipeline (Left Side of the Figure)
Suction: The starting point for fluid entering the system, connected to upstream liquid storage tanks or pipelines.
Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid suction for convenient pump maintenance.
Compound Gauge: Monitors suction-side pressure to identify issues such as insufficient suction lift and pipeline blockage.
Flexible Connector: Absorbs pump vibration and prevents stress damage caused by rigid pipeline connection.
Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the suction pipeline for maintenance or pipeline emptying.
Pipe Connection: Multiple connection types are optional to adapt to on-site pipeline conditions.
4. Fluid Discharge Pipeline (Right Side of the Figure)
Flexible Connector: Buffers pump vibration to protect pipelines and equipment.
Pipe Connection: Consistent with the suction end, adaptable to on-site pipelines.
Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the discharge pipeline for maintenance and emptying.
Surge Suppressor ①: Stabilizes the pulsating discharge pressure of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and protects pipelines and downstream equipment, serving as a key accessory on the discharge side.
Pressure Gauge: Monitors discharge-side pressure to judge the operating status of the pump.
Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid discharge to facilitate maintenance of the pump and downstream equipment.
Discharge: The terminal outlet of the system, connected to downstream pipelines and equipment.
Unregulated Air Supply to Surge Suppressor: Directly supplies unregulated compressed air to the surge suppressor, utilizing the compressibility of gas to absorb fluid pulsation.

Applications
● Wastewater treatment industry
The HP25 wastewater pneumatic diaphragm pump is mainly used for the conveyance and lifting of industrial sewage, acid-base wastewater, solvent-containing wastewater and circulating sewage. Constructed with non-metallic corrosion-resistant materials, the HP25 diaphragm pump withstands long-term erosion from acids, alkalis and organic solvents in sewage. Adopting pneumatic drive with built-in explosion-proof performance, it adapts to the flammable, explosive and highly corrosive harsh working environment of wastewater treatment workshops. Featuring strong self-priming capacity, it stably copes with unstable working conditions such as water level fluctuation and intermittent water suction.
● Resin conveying system industry
The HP25 pneumatic diaphragm pump for resin pumping systems is applicable to the working conditions of liquid resin, unsaturated resin, colloidal raw materials, high-viscosity resin batching, circulating conveyance and filling transportation. Adopting a low-shear gentle conveying design, the HP25 pneumatic diaphragm pump does not damage the molecular structure of resin, completely retaining the viscosity and purity of materials and avoiding resin delamination, deterioration and solidification. It supports stepless regulation of pressure and flow rate, allowing flexible adjustment of conveying speed according to resin viscosity to adapt to various processes such as batching, circulation and quantitative conveying.
● Fine chemical industry
The HP25 pneumatic diaphragm pump meets the production demands for conveying, circulating, transferring and batching various acid-base chemicals, organic solvents, corrosive additives and chemical waste liquid in fine chemical working conditions. Equipped with an all-non-metallic flow-through structure with no metal contact with media, the pump resists various strongly corrosive chemical fluids. The pure pneumatic spark-free design makes it suitable for use in chemical explosion-proof workshops. With a lightweight structure and flexible installation, it adapts to various chemical production line layouts such as mobile and wall-mounted installation.
FAQ
Q: The water level of the sewage tank fluctuates greatly with intermittent water supply. Conventional water pumps cannot adapt to empty suction conditions and are prone to suction loss and burnout caused by dry operation, resulting in frequent equipment shutdowns and interrupted sewage treatment.
A: The HP25 Wastewater Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump features a unique seal-free structure with excellent dry-run resistance. It can operate under long-term empty suction and dry running without damaging core pump components, perfectly adapting to unstable water levels and intermittent sewage suction conditions. It effectively avoids shutdown failures and ensures continuous and stable sewage conveying.
Q: Resin materials are high-viscosity and dense. Ordinary transfer pumps produce high shear force, which easily damages the internal structure of resin media, causing wire drawing, agglomeration and performance degradation, and seriously affecting product quality.
A: The HP25 diaphragm pump for resin pumping system adopts a low-shear stable conveying structure to deliver dense resin media gently. It does not damage the molecular structure and original physical and chemical properties of the resin, stably maintains material purity and viscosity, prevents deterioration and agglomeration, and guarantees the quality of finished resin products from the source.
