Q: Will high and low liquid level delivery conditions affect the operation of the HD10R?
A: It will cause differentiated impacts, but all risks can be avoided via the pump's inherent design without additional modification.
1) Low liquid level suction: When the liquid level of the pickling tank is close to the pump suction port, air is easily drawn in, resulting in cavitation, flow fluctuation and slight shaking of magnetic transmission. Equipped with an anti-cavitation guide impeller and widened suction port, the HD10R can withstand short-term low-liquid-level suction and prevent pump shell breakdown caused by cavitation.
2) Ultra-high liquid level static pressure delivery: Excessive inlet static pressure under full-tank conditions may deform the internal isolation sleeve and accelerate leakage under acid corrosion. The isolation sleeve is made of high-strength acid-resistant alloy with a rated pressure resistance of 0.6MPa, which offsets static pressure and prevents deformation and liquid leakage.

A: Trace iron powder poses no impact on continuous production, while excessive iron powder only causes gradual normal wear.
