The HNA65 acid dosing peristaltic hose pump is a positive displacement pump. It is specially designed for accurate dosing of corrosive, high-viscosity and particle-containing chemical agents in chemical, environmental protection, water treatment and other industries. It delivers media leak-tightly and precisely by means of rollers squeezing the elastic hose.

 

Chemical injection peristaltic hose pump is a positive displacement peristaltic conveyor pump. 1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Only the hose is in contact with the medium. It can deliver strong acid, alkali, particle-containing and high-viscosity chemicals, suitable for various chemical working conditions.

2. High metering accuracy: Adopting positive displacement delivery, it features stable flow and flexible adjustment. Hardly affected by pipeline pressure, it ensures high precision for quantitative chemical dosing.

3. Leak-proof & reliable: Built without mechanical seals and valves to completely avoid leakage. It has strong self-priming performance and allows short-time dry running.

4. Easy maintenance: Simple structure with few vulnerable parts. Only regular hose replacement is required for daily use, reducing maintenance and operating costs.

 

 

A special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and reliable strength is installed inside the pump body. A pair of rollers rotate and squeeze the hose, forcing the medium to flow in one direction without backflow. After the medium is conveyed, the hose restores its original shape under its own elasticity, creating a high vacuum inside to effectively draw the medium into the lumen. The medium is then discharged from the hose under the subsequent squeezing of the rollers. This cycle repeats continuously, and the medium is constantly sucked in and discharged.

 

 

 

 

 

NR	NR hoses are suitable for conveying highly abrasive media, such as clay sludge, lime milk and non-organic products. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.
EPDM	EPDM hoses are applicable to corrosive chemical liquids such as acids and solvents. Made of natural rubber with an internal EPDM lining layer, they withstand temperatures from -20°C to +100°C.
CSM	CSM features excellent resistance to strongly oxidizing substances, as well as concentrated acids and alkalis. It is suitable for media such as hydrogen peroxide (up to 60% concentration), cationic flocculants (polymers), and high-concentration sulfuric acid. Temperature range: -20°C to +85°C.
CR	CR boasts good resistance to oil, heat, ozone, acids, alkalis and chemical reagents. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.
FKM	FKM delivers superior chemical resistance against strong acids, strong alkalis and a wide range of chemicals, with good oil resistance. It is ideal for oil-contacted and high-temperature working environments. Temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.
NBR	NBR is suitable for oil resistance (non-mineral oil), grease, alkalis and detergents. Typical media include sludge containing hydrocarbon fractions and polyaluminum chloride. Applicable temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.
F-NBR	F-NBR has a food-grade smooth inner surface, suitable for direct food contact and various food processing applications including dairy products. It is applicable to fruits and fruit concentrates, yogurt, dairy products, yeast, sugar and food additives, and resists various cleaning chemicals. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

 

 

The hose is made of high-quality composite rubber with 2 to 6 plies of textile reinforcement. The outer layer is manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure reliable hose performance.
