    Introduction

     

    The HNA32 pulp hose pump, also known as peristaltic pump, is a positive displacement pump dedicated to the papermaking industry. It conveys pulp by squeezing elastic hoses with rollers, suitable for transporting high-concentration, high-viscosity pulp containing fibers and particles, as well as chemical liquids.

     

    Designed for papermaking working conditions, the pump has no seals or valves. It delivers high-density fiber pulp and chemical liquids. Low shear force protects fibers and avoids foaming and pulp damage. Featuring strong self-priming capacity, anti-clogging and zero leakage, it is easy to maintain with adjustable flow, ideal for pulp feeding, sizing and chemical dosing.

     

    Applicable to complex papermaking conditions, this pump transports fiber-containing pulp, liquids and wastewater. It preserves fiber integrity without foaming or pulp breakage. It boasts strong self-priming performance, anti-blocking property and leakproof operation, requiring simple maintenance with precise flow control for pulp conveying and chemical delivery procedures.

     

    Tailored for papermaking scenarios, the seal-less and valve-free pump handles high-concentration pulp and liquids. Low shear performance ensures stable pulp quality without foaming. It supports dry running with powerful suction and no leakage, easy to maintain and flexible in flow regulation for pulp transfer, dosing and wastewater treatment.

    Working Principle

     

    A special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and reliable strength is installed inside the pump body. A pair of rollers rotate and squeeze the hose, forcing the medium to flow in one direction without backflow. After the medium is conveyed, the hose restores its original shape under its own elasticity, creating a high vacuum inside to effectively draw the medium into the lumen. The medium is then discharged from the hose under the subsequent squeezing of the rollers. This cycle repeats continuously, and the medium is constantly sucked in and discharged.

    01 The transmission device drives the rotor to rotate, and two rollers installed on the rotor and distributed at 180° squeeze the hose. When the first roller squeezes the hose, a high vacuum is created inside the hose, drawing the pumped material into the lumen. The hose then quickly returns to its original shape under its own elasticity.

    02 The pumped material has now entered the hose. The second roller will squeeze the hose and push the material forward until it reaches the outlet.

    03 At the hose pump outlet, one roller is about to leave the hose, while the other roller installed on the rotor (distributed at 180°) has already begun to squeeze the hose, thus preventing internal fluid leakage. This cycle repeats continuously, and the material is continuously drawn in and discharged.

    NR

    NR hoses are suitable for conveying highly abrasive media, such as clay sludge, lime milk and non-organic products. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    EPDM

    EPDM hoses are applicable to corrosive chemical liquids such as acids and solvents. Made of natural rubber with an internal EPDM lining layer, they withstand temperatures from -20°C to +100°C.

    CSM

    CSM features excellent resistance to strongly oxidizing substances, as well as concentrated acids and alkalis. It is suitable for media such as hydrogen peroxide (up to 60% concentration), cationic flocculants (polymers), and high-concentration sulfuric acid. Temperature range: -20°C to +85°C.

    CR

    CR boasts good resistance to oil, heat, ozone, acids, alkalis and chemical reagents. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    FKM

    FKM delivers superior chemical resistance against strong acids, strong alkalis and a wide range of chemicals, with good oil resistance. It is ideal for oil-contacted and high-temperature working environments. Temperature range: -20°C to +120°C.

    NBR

    NBR is suitable for oil resistance (non-mineral oil), grease, alkalis and detergents. Typical media include sludge containing hydrocarbon fractions and polyaluminum chloride. Applicable temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    F-NBR

    F-NBR has a food-grade smooth inner surface, suitable for direct food contact and various food processing applications including dairy products. It is applicable to fruits and fruit concentrates, yogurt, dairy products, yeast, sugar and food additives, and resists various cleaning chemicals. Temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.

    The hose is made of high-quality composite rubber with 2 to 6 plies of textile reinforcement. The outer layer is manufactured to strict tolerances to ensure reliable hose performance.
