    Advantages and Features

    1. The aluminum alloy material is hardened and strengthened, featuring high strength and good toughness. It is lighter than cast iron and more structurally stable than plastic.

    2. Equipped with wear-resistant valve balls and wear-resistant cavity structure with strong resistance, it can continuously convey solid and particle-containing media for a long time and extend the service life of the pump.

    3. Suitable for multiple working conditions with strong environmental adaptability, supporting long-term outdoor operation.

    4. Explosion-proof and safe with stable operation; easy to install and convenient for maintenance.

    Complete System Installation Schematic

    1. Air Source Treatment Unit

    Filter Regulator ②: Filters impurities and moisture in compressed air first, then regulates and stabilizes the air pressure supplied to the pump.

    Dryer ③: Further removes moisture from compressed air to prevent water vapor from entering the pump chamber and causing internal component corrosion and icing.

    Lubricator ④: Atomizes lubricating oil and mixes it into compressed air to lubricate moving parts such as pneumatic valves and diaphragms of the pump and reduce wear.

    Supporting components: Air Inlet, Check Valve, Shut-Off Valve.

    2. Pump Body and Exhaust System

    Pump Body: The core pneumatic diaphragm pump, which drives the diaphragm to move back and forth via compressed air to realize fluid suction and discharge.

    Muffler: Installed at the pump exhaust port to reduce exhaust noise.

    Piped Exhaust: Discharges waste gas to a safe area to avoid workshop environmental pollution.

    Flexible Connection: A flexible connection between the pump and the air source treatment unit to buffer vibration and reduce stress transmission.

    3. Fluid Suction Pipeline (Left Side of the Figure)

    Suction: The starting point for fluid entering the system, connected to upstream liquid storage tanks or pipelines.

    Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid suction for convenient pump maintenance.

    Compound Gauge: Monitors suction-side pressure to identify issues such as insufficient suction lift and pipeline blockage.

    Flexible Connector: Absorbs pump vibration and prevents stress damage caused by rigid pipeline connection.

    Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the suction pipeline for maintenance or pipeline emptying.

    Pipe Connection: Multiple connection types are optional to adapt to on-site pipeline conditions.

    4. Fluid Discharge Pipeline (Right Side of the Figure)

    Flexible Connector: Buffers pump vibration to protect pipelines and equipment.

    Pipe Connection: Consistent with the suction end, adaptable to on-site pipelines.

    Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the discharge pipeline for maintenance and emptying.

    Surge Suppressor ①: Stabilizes the pulsating discharge pressure of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and protects pipelines and downstream equipment, serving as a key accessory on the discharge side.

    Pressure Gauge: Monitors discharge-side pressure to judge the operating status of the pump.

    Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid discharge to facilitate maintenance of the pump and downstream equipment.

    Discharge: The terminal outlet of the system, connected to downstream pipelines and equipment.

    Unregulated Air Supply to Surge Suppressor: Directly supplies unregulated compressed air to the surge suppressor, utilizing the compressibility of gas to absorb fluid pulsation.

    Applications

    ● Chemical Industry

    Suitable for conveying chemical media containing suspended fillers, resin particles and mildly corrosive substances. The valve ball and pump chamber structure of the HP10 wear-resistant air-operated double diaphragm pump withstand long-term scouring by solid impurities in the medium, preventing pump chamber wear, valve jamming and leakage to ensure continuous production.

    ● Environmental & Municipal Sector

    When handling sewage, sludge, lime slurry and other media mixed with sediment and fibrous impurities, the abrasion-resistant pneumatic diaphragm pump features excellent wear resistance to greatly extend service life and reduce frequent maintenance. With a user-friendly disassembly and maintenance design, it perfectly meets the long-term continuous operation demands of sewage treatment plants and municipal pipe networks.

    ● Oil & Gas Parks

    The 1/2" Aluminum Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump is capable of conveying flammable, explosive and chemical raw materials. It also resists abrasion from highly erosive media such as sandy mud and sulfur-containing residual liquid, effectively lowering equipment failure risks and maintenance costs.

    FAQ

    Q: How does this 1/2" Aluminum Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump convey corrosive or abrasive media?

    A: The HP10 diaphragm pump adopts an aluminum alloy pump body equipped with corrosion-resistant seals and diaphragms to transport corrosive media. Fitted with wear-resistant ball valves and an enhanced wear-resistant pump chamber structure, it reduces wear caused by solid-laden media and extends the service life of the equipment.

    Q: How to troubleshoot the 1/2" Aluminum Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump during operation?

    A: Daily troubleshooting guidance:
    ①If the pneumatic diaphragm pump fails to work:
    1) Check whether the air supply valve is open and the air pressure is stable;
    2) Confirm that pipeline valves are fully opened and the pipelines are free of blockage;
    3) Inspect blockages at the pump inlet, outlet and pump body;
    4) Verify excessive pipeline head or excessively high density of the conveyed liquid.
    ②If the pump flow rate drops:
    1) Ensure the air supply and pipeline valves are fully opened;
    2) Check for aging on air valves, pilot valves, diaphragms, valve balls, valve seats and sealing rings. Aging parts will reduce flow capacity and may even cause pump shutdown;
    3) Inspect connecting bolts for looseness. Thermal expansion and contraction may cause material deformation of the pump.
    Please feel free to contact our after-sales team if you have any problems.
