    Complete System Installation Schematic

    1. Air Source Treatment Unit

    Filter Regulator ②: Filters impurities and moisture in compressed air first, then regulates and stabilizes the air pressure supplied to the pump.

    Dryer ③: Further removes moisture from compressed air to prevent water vapor from entering the pump chamber and causing internal component corrosion and icing.

    Lubricator ④: Atomizes lubricating oil and mixes it into compressed air to lubricate moving parts such as pneumatic valves and diaphragms of the pump and reduce wear.

    Supporting components: Air Inlet, Check Valve, Shut-Off Valve.

    2. Pump Body and Exhaust System

    Pump Body: The core pneumatic diaphragm pump, which drives the diaphragm to move back and forth via compressed air to realize fluid suction and discharge.

    Muffler: Installed at the pump exhaust port to reduce exhaust noise.

    Piped Exhaust: Discharges waste gas to a safe area to avoid workshop environmental pollution.

    Flexible Connection: A flexible connection between the pump and the air source treatment unit to buffer vibration and reduce stress transmission.

    3. Fluid Suction Pipeline (Left Side of the Figure)

    Suction: The starting point for fluid entering the system, connected to upstream liquid storage tanks or pipelines.

    Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid suction for convenient pump maintenance.

    Compound Gauge: Monitors suction-side pressure to identify issues such as insufficient suction lift and pipeline blockage.

    Flexible Connector: Absorbs pump vibration and prevents stress damage caused by rigid pipeline connection.

    Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the suction pipeline for maintenance or pipeline emptying.

    Pipe Connection: Multiple connection types are optional to adapt to on-site pipeline conditions.

    4. Fluid Discharge Pipeline (Right Side of the Figure)

    Flexible Connector: Buffers pump vibration to protect pipelines and equipment.

    Pipe Connection: Consistent with the suction end, adaptable to on-site pipelines.

    Drain Port: Drains residual liquid in the discharge pipeline for maintenance and emptying.

    Surge Suppressor ①: Stabilizes the pulsating discharge pressure of pneumatic diaphragm pumps and protects pipelines and downstream equipment, serving as a key accessory on the discharge side.

    Pressure Gauge: Monitors discharge-side pressure to judge the operating status of the pump.

    Shut-Off Valve: Cuts off fluid discharge to facilitate maintenance of the pump and downstream equipment.

    Discharge: The terminal outlet of the system, connected to downstream pipelines and equipment.

    Unregulated Air Supply to Surge Suppressor: Directly supplies unregulated compressed air to the surge suppressor, utilizing the compressibility of gas to absorb fluid pulsation.

    Applications

    ● Coating and Ink Industry

    Media in this industry are mostly resin, paint, color paste and solvents, which are generally high in viscosity, prone to precipitation, contain fine powder particles, and some solvents are flammable and explosive. The production process requires frequent conveying, quantitative filling, circulating stirring and other operations.

    The HP50 heavy-duty air-operated diaphragm pump is capable of conveying high-viscosity and powder-containing media. Its seal-less and impeller-free structure will not damage the material properties. Pneumatically driven, it produces no electric sparks to ensure safe operation. The adjustable flow rate makes it suitable for multiple process requirements such as conveying and filling on production lines.

    ● General Industry

    Working conditions are complex and diverse, with media mostly being viscous, solid-containing, acid and alkali corrosive fluids that feature strong abrasiveness, which easily cause pump failure and frequent maintenance.

    The pump body and wetted parts of the HP50 diaphragm pump for continuous operation are available in customized material options, suitable for conveying viscous, particle-laden and corrosive fluids. The HP50 diaphragm pump supports dry running and self-priming, enabling intermittent operation to adapt to production under a wide range of working conditions.

    ● Electronics Industry

    The electronics industry faces challenges such as conveying acid-base corrosive fluids, strict requirements on medium purity, pollution-free clean working environments, and stable circulating fluid delivery. The HP50 HP50 diaphragm pump for continuous operation ensures steady liquid supply when equipped with a pulsation dampener. Optional corrosion-resistant materials and tight leak-proof sealing protect the workshop environment effectively. Its simple structure allows easy maintenance, reduces downtime, and perfectly adapts to non-stop production conditions.

    FAQ

    Q: Worried that the pump will damage the material characteristics during medium conveying?

    A: Adopt the HP50 heavy duty pneumatic diaphragm pump. With a seal-less and impeller-free structure, it is not easy to clog when conveying high-viscosity and powder-containing media, and will not damage the original properties of the materials.

    Q: How to inspect and troubleshoot the HN50 diaphragm pump for continuous operation if problems occur during use?

    A: Daily troubleshooting instructions:
    ① If the pneumatic diaphragm pump fails to operate:
    Check whether the air source valve is open and the air pressure is stable;
    Confirm if pipeline valves are open and whether the pipeline is blocked;
    Inspect the pump inlet, outlet and pump body for blockage;
    Verify whether the pipeline head is too high or the conveyed liquid has excessive density.
    ② If the pump flow rate decreases:
    Check if the air source and pipeline valves are fully opened;
    Inspect whether the air valve, pilot valve, diaphragm, ball valve, valve seat and sealing rings are aging. Aging parts will reduce flow rate and may even cause the pump to stop working;
    Check whether the connecting bolts are loose. Thermal expansion and contraction may cause deformation of pump components.
    Please feel free to contact our after-sales team if you have any further problems.
